After 22 years in the Navy, we were transferred to Monterey, CA. Instantly we knew this was the place to stay and raise our family.

So, 2018 we opened Express Employment Professionals of Monterey County. A staffing agency dedicated to providing great candidates to the great businesses of Monterey County.

​

In 2020, Paul began the What's the Plan radio show and podcast. We are all invested in the future of Monterey County, and it seemed a natural fit to start talking to leaders and business owners from all over the county to find out what the future will bring.

​

The show hopes to highlight the constant struggle to balance growth, industry and livability issues; and to highlight what the leaders of Monterey County envision for the future.

 

The 'What's the Plan' logo is meant to represent four perennial topics of the show: Agriculture, Water/Environment, Hospitality/Tourism, and Affordability.
